How to buy right and what makes a profitable investment. We will examine the interaction between supply and demand, how to estimate demand, and evaluate whether the current supply will meet demand.

Examining the macroeconomic landscape, we will demonstrate the analysis required to make an informed decision. Looking at third-party providers’ data and using the tools provided by the Site to do Business.    

Eric Carlson, CCIM, serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at 1784 Holdings LLC. Carlson has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having held various positions at Life Storage, including Director of Real Estate, Sales Manager for Life Storage Solutions, and Owner Relations Manager. Before this, Carlson worked at Sovran Self Storage, where responsibilities included Owner Relations Manager, Corporate Alliance Account Manager, and Customer Care Representative. Eric Carlson earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University and is currently pursuing professional development through The CCIM Institute.
