Course Description:

This course overviews Five (5) Ways to increase commission income and revenue.  This course was designed to teach real estate agents how to manage their time better, set goals, increase their average commission checks, and do other things that could double their revenue within one year.  This course is taught by an Instructor with 25 years of experience as a real estate broker, investor, and business owner.  In addition, the Instructor has trained, coached, and counseled both new and experienced agents to six-figure incomes.   This is not a course on industry secrets or cutting corners, but learning new skills and having the mindset that agents can use to be a top performer in their City or industry specialization.

Brian Estes, CCIM, CPM: Is president of The Estes Group, Inc., who started the company after ten (10) years of commercial real estate experience as a staff appraiser and associate broker for two commercial real estate companies. Brian successfully operated the investment brokerage, property management, and valuation/consulting firm, The Estes Group, before merging with a regional firm, Commercial Property 1, LLC, in 2011. Additionally, he was a staff accountant at LDDS WorldCom following graduation from Mississippi College. Brian was honored with the Top 40 Under 40 awards in 2009 by the Mississippi Business Journal, is affiliated with multiple professional organizations, and is involved with various community organizations and causes. He was awarded the prestigious CCIM Designation from the CCIM Institute in 2000 and CPM Designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2008.
