Commercial and Investment Real Estate Private Placement

Over $2.7 trillion dollars were raised in the last 12 months in private placements throughout the US. That is more than was raised on Wall Street during the same time! About 1/3 of that money was raised to purchase real estate. Are you part of that market?
In interviewing over 30 real estate syndicators, I asked this question; “How did you get to be a real estate syndicator?” The answer in each case was that they had found a real estate investment that they did not have enough money to buy on their own and they had to reach out to other people for money. Are you in this situation or do you plan to be in 2024?
If so, you should bring yourself up to speed on the ability to answer these questions:
What is a real estate syndication?
What makes a syndication a real estate security?
What is the difference between SEC Regulation D, Rule 506b or 506c?
Can I use social media to raise money?
Join me as I answer these questions for you and prepare you to participate in the marketplace of real estate syndication in 2024.
